This Federal Government Organisation is seeking two APS6 Project Officers to join their team on a non-ongoing contract. One position will be 6 months non-ongoing and the other position will be a 12-month non-ongoing contract. Your new role


We have two exciting opportunities for APS6 Project Officers in the Hospital Costing Section:


  • Position 1: 6-month non-ongoing contract
  • Position 2: 12-month non-ongoing contract


In both roles, you’ll:


  • Coordinate and manage project activities, schedules, and reporting
  • Support annual hospital cost collection and pricing advice
  • Prepare data specifications and validate submissions
  • Liaise with stakeholders and maintain data security
  • Assist with costing standards development and ad-hoc projects


What you'll need to succeed


  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in health-related fields, accounting, finance, project management, or data analysis is highly desirable.
  • You must be an Australian Citizen with relevant experience to apply.
  • Comfortable undergoing security checks if successful.
  • Ability to provide references within the last 12 months.
