Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Act as the single technical authority; own design, build, testing, and go-live decisions.
• Payments Enablement: Deliver ACH, RTGS, GCC RTGS, Instant Payments, SWIFT CBPR+, SWIFT GO, ISO 20022 compliance.
• Integration: Core Banking via ESB; customer/business channels; AML, fraud systems.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, security reviews, penetration testing, audit readiness.
• Testing & Go-Live: Define and govern SIT, UAT, performance, failover, migration, and deployment plans.
• Documentation: Maintain HLD, LLD, API specs, security, DR/BCP, test strategy.
• Vendor Governance: Oversee vendors/system integrators; review technical deliverables and ensure quality.
• Technical Skills: EPH platforms, SWIFT CBPR+, ISO 20022, APIs, ESB, IBM MQ/Kafka, Oracle/MS SQL, Linux, security protocols.
• Domain Knowledge: Domestic clearing, cross-border banking, compliance.
• Soft Skills: Strong ownership, stakeholder management, documentation, ability to work under pressure.
