Nexeo Belgium is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.
We are currently looking for a Data Analyst to support a key data squad within a leading financial organization.
Mission Context
You will support a dedicated data squad by delivering analysis and reporting using Business Objects and Tableau, with the objective of creating business impact and improving customer approach.
You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment where insights and dashboards play a critical role in decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
- Gather, transform, and analyze raw data using appropriate sourcing techniques
- Deliver actionable insights to support business objectives
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Administer and manage the Business Objects landscape
- Develop Tableau and WebI reports
- Provide user support for Business Objects and Tableau
- Set up and maintain housekeeping procedures for BO and Tableau
- Collaborate with stakeholders and work with third-party tools such as 360
Your Profile
Languages
- English: Fluent
- French or Dutch: Fluent (the other language is an asset)
Education
- Master’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Experience & Technical Skills
Mandatory
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics
- At least 5 years of proven experience in administrating and managing Business Objects
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau (administration & reporting)
- Good knowledge of the banking environment
Soft Skills
- Team player with a proactive and autonomous mindset
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
Work Setup
- Hybrid model: 50% on-site / 50% remote
