One of our enterprise telecom clients in Finland is expanding its OSS Data Mediation and Performance Monitoring platforms to support national and international traffic visibility, QoS analysis, and reporting. The role sits in a secured OSS environment and requires hands-on experience with mediation and performance systems used at operator scale.

About the role

We are hiring specialists for traffic/QoS monitoring and OSS mediation supporting service assurance reporting, performance visibility, and national/international route analytics.

You’ll work on production systems collecting and processing call traffic volumes, QoS metrics, and trend data.

What you’ll do

• Operate and support EXFO Context/Pronto and/or Netwiser and/or IBM SevOne appliances

• Ensure accurate mediation outputs for traffic volumes, QoS metrics, and trend reporting

• Maintain/enhance PHP components for reporting/UI customization (where applicable)

• Support integrations into OSS/BSS and Service Assurance workflows

• Follow ITIL: incident/problem/change; perform RCA and preventive improvements

Must-have skills (match at least one tool strongly)

• EXFO Context / Pronto OR Netwiser OR IBM SevOne (hands-on)

• Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting

• PHP scripting (especially for Netwiser/SevOne-related custom reporting)

• Understanding of telecom traffic and QoS metrics

Good to have

• Zabbix, Elastic/Kibana observability

• TM Forum familiarity

• REST APIs / integration experience
