Job Description

What You'll Do

As Product Manager within People Analytics, you’re responsible for the design, implementation and continuous development of the People Analytics product portfolio, and for delivering exceptional value to our end-users and collaboration partners. You’ll be managing the entire product development lifecycle with the goal of enabling impactful people decisions across the H&M Group and work closely with a cross-functional team of Data Analysts, People Insight Specialists, Data Engineers, Process Owners, and other Product Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business and HR needs into scalable, secure and feasible People Analytics solutions
  • Lead discovery to ensure the right problems are being solved using design thinking methods, data and insights, and user interviews
  • Own and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business value and impact, risk and urgency
  • Co-lead the development of the HR data mesh, including dimensional data models that support analytics and reporting needs
  • Act as Tech Lead for HR-related requirements within the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
  • Define, implement and track product performance, data quality and stability metrics to ensure operational efficiency
  • Ensure data governance, compliance and secure handling of people data in line with regulations and internal policies



Who You'll Work With



As a Product Manager, you’ll be part of our digital HR team that’s responsible for digital solutions that enable and support people processes across the H&M Group. You’ll collaborate with HR experts and senior leaders across central and regional functions, People Insights Specialists, and Data Analysts, as well as vendor partners and technical teams in cyber security and AI/AD, alongside legal and compliance teams. Together, you’ll turn people and data needs into clear, usable and trusted solutions that create business value.



Who You Are

We’re looking for people with...

  • Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role within data, analytics or HR tech
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to define and drive and end-to-end product strategy, from understanding needs and setting direction, roadmap and KPI’s to delivery, adoption, impact and continuous improvements
  • Ability to translate HR and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities
  • Solid understanding of data and analytics concepts, including metrics, reporting and data models
  • Experience working with HR data and data governance, privacy and compliance requirements
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical teams such as data engineers, AI and platform teams
  • Experience working in complex, global organizations

  • Strong in stakeholder management, able to structure, align and prioritize diverse global and regional perspectives
  • Hands-on in discovery, using dialogue, feedback and insight to understand needs
  • Clear communicator who works efficiently across business and technical teams



It’s a plus if you have...

  • Experience with People Analytics or HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Exposure to data mesh, sustainability or regulatory reporting
