Our Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Agriculture & Palm) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. aspires to be a world-class global company by implementing advanced systems and staying at the forefront of market trends. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee our agricultural projects, with a special focus on palm cultivation, from initial concept through to successful completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing large-scale agricultural initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget for agricultural and palm-related projects.
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Lead and motivate project teams to ensure commitment and delivery of key milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety requirements.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other external partners.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the agriculture, agribusiness, or horticulture sectors.
  • Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of palm cultivation and management is essential.
  • A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) and software.
  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A project management professional (PMP) certification would be considered a significant advantage.
  • Must be willing to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
