JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. The deployment of a new planning tool (integrated with mobility solutions) to improve resource and intervention management.

2. Supply chain analysis, including warehouse management, to optimize flows and reduce inefficiencies.

• These projects will be led by an experienced project manager capable of operationally managing projects while challenging processes, the organization, and SAP solutions (MM, PM, CS, PS). They will join the PMO team, reporting to the Head of Transformation.

• You will join a team of project managers and portfolio management (PMO) professionals and report to the Head of Transformation.

Roles and responsibilities:

• You pre-define the scope of projects by establishing the complete roadmap.
• You assist the sponsor in properly defining the projects: defining their scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.
• You define the governance of activities while integrating yourself into the overall governance defined by the PMO.
• You ensure the integration of all stakeholders (e.g., business, architects,
• change management, infrastructure, application teams, etc.)
• . - You plan the project, ensuring the allocation of resources and skills to guarantee its successful execution.
• You proactively monitor the various activities.
• You manage the project scope: you ensure that what is implemented meets the business needs.
• You will manage the budget and monitor the business case.
• You will deliver products with the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the project plan and project governance provisions.
• You will manage dependencies and interfaces with other relevant projects/applications.
• You will manage any problems encountered, implement the necessary actions, and ensure follow-up.
• You will anticipate and manage risks.
• You will prepare the transition to the IT or operational maintenance teams. - You will manage communication with all stakeholders (within and around the project, as well as within the Transformation & Digitalization department).
• You will organize reporting in accordance with the PMO governance framework
