.NET / C# Developer (Contract)
Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 1 day onsite)
Duration: 1-year contract with extension potential
Overview
We’re looking for a .NET Developer to support and enhance Capital Markets technology solutions,. This role involves building and maintaining backend systems, contributing to new development, modernizing existing platforms, and supporting live applications. You’ll work closely with business and technical teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy C# and SQL-based applications
- Support end-to-end delivery, from requirements analysis to production release
- Contribute to new builds, platform upgrades, and ongoing enhancements
- Collaborate with BAs, QA, and release teams to ensure smooth deployments
- Participate in technical design discussions and promote best practices
- Provide guidance and support to junior developers
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience with C#/.NET and SQL
- Experience using Git/GitHub for source control
