Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master for a 6 months contract with the intention of converting to full time permanent. Role is hybrid with 4 days a week on site in Downtown Toronto.

Scrum Master – CRM & Advisor Technologies

We’re seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support an Agile squad delivering solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud within a large-scale Agile program. This role focuses on enabling high-performing teams, advancing Agile maturity, and helping deliver the next generation of CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion Agile principles and foster a collaborative, delivery-focused mindset
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies to keep work on track
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, team alignment, and continuous improvement
• Partner across squads and stakeholders to ensure transparency and shared outcomes
• Support delivery in a scaled Agile environment, driving value and measurable results

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience with strong knowledge of Scrum practices
• Certified Scrum Master (or equivalent Agile certification)
• Proven ability to coach teams, influence stakeholders, and guide Agile adoption
• Experience delivering medium-to-large initiatives in an Agile environment (SAFe experience an asset)
• Strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Background in IT delivery, development, or systems analysis
• Experience with enterprise Agile frameworks and test automation approaches
