Responsibilities
- Lead all project phases: planning, design, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Act as the owner’s representative. Manage project budget, schedule and sustainability targets.
- Oversee consultants, contractors and stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
- Maintain schedule control using project and scheduling software.
- Provide technical leadership. Guide teams through risk, procurement and delivery milestones.
- Support commissioning and hand-over documentation for owner acceptance.
- 5–8+ years in project management, project coordination or construction engineering.
- Experience in commercial building design and delivery is required.
- Site-based project experience is highly valued.
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Professional registration (APEGBC/APEGA/APEGA equivalent) is an asset.
- PMP or LEED designations are preferred.
- Proficiency with scheduling and project software.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated and driven to deliver successful owner outcomes.
