You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and architects to develop intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling designs that enhance user engagement and operational efficiency. Your expertise will help translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly interfaces, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of usability and accessibility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for user-centered design, a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with enterprise systems, and a keen interest in emerging AI-driven UX trends.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within B2B, SaaS, or enterprise platforms
- Proven portfolio showcasing UX thinking and interface design for complex systems such as dashboards, admin consoles, and cloud platforms
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Familiarity with design systems, atomic design principles, and front-end collaboration tools like Storybook or Zeplin
- Understanding of technical domains such as AIOps, FinOps, cloud-native platforms, or AI/LLM applications is highly preferred
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive web design principles
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Lead user-centered design initiatives across multiple product domains, including AIOps, FinOps, cloud-native PaaS, and AI agent interfaces
- Create comprehensive design deliverables such as wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Design dashboards and interfaces that effectively visualize complex metrics, alerts, traces, and cost data in a clear and actionable manner
- Establish and maintain scalable design systems that align with enterprise standards, ensuring consistency across products
- Contribute to interaction models for AI-native experiences, including conversational interfaces, AI copilots, RAG-based assistants, and vector search interfaces
- Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and seamless integration within engineering sprints
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback from internal stakeholders and pilot customers to refine designs
- Stay informed about industry trends related to enterprise SaaS design, data visualization, and AI-driven user experiences
- Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $135,000, with potential bonuses and commissions
