The Role:

We’re looking for a Mid-level or Senior iOS Developer who’s passionate about building next-generation apps and curious about emerging platforms such as Vision Pro / visionOS. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and backend developers across project delivery, maintenance, and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into high-quality solutions
• Contribute to architecture discussions and mobile development best practices
• Balance new development and maintenance work based on project and market needs
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to fellow developers
• Act as a trusted app expert for clients—clarifying needs, assessing feasibility, and shaping technical direction
• Explore modern Apple technologies, including visionOS and spatial computing, when relevant
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture built on curiosity, feedback, and continuous learning

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in native iOS development
• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
• Solid understanding of common architectures (MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, etc.)
• Experience building secure, accessible, and privacy-conscious mobile apps
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines (design, product, backend)
• Experience with iterative development processes and mobile-first APIs
• Curiosity for new technologies, including AI tools and new Apple platforms
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian (or Swedish/Danish) and English

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
