Yaballe is looking for an experienced, highly analytical Mid-Senior Data Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will operate as Yaballe's single data function, working under the Product department while serving all relevant teams across the company. You will take full ownership of collecting business requests, translating them into clear requirements, and building all data assets from scratch - including dashboards, reports, KPIs, and actionable analysis. As the company's primary data resource, you will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver fast, accurate, and meaningful insights that directly support strategic and operational decision-making. This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who is independent, proactive, and comfortable driving initiatives end to end. The ideal candidate combines deep business understanding with strong technical capabilities and thrives in a role where execution, ownership, and impact are at the core of their work. Requirements:

  • 4 years of experience as a Data analyst or similar analytical role;
  • Bachelor's degree in business,industrial engineering or a related field;
  • Strong SQL skills for complex analysis and data transformations;
  • Experience with Python for data analysis or processing - an advantage;
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills;
  • Proven experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.);
  • Strong ownership of data quality, consistency, and accuracy across dashboards;
  • Ability to work independently and execute end-to-end analytics tasks with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting structures and performance metrics;
  • Lead end-to-end analysis of business processes, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization;
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and partner with Product, Marketing, Engineering and Operations to implement solutions;
  • Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions, product planning and operational improvements
