Job Role: Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to create simple, intuitive, and caring experiences for a consumer wellness platform. This role is deeply user-focused, with an emphasis on empathy, accessibility, and ease of use.

You’ll own the end-to-end product design process—from research to polished UI—working closely with product, engineering, and content teams to deliver experiences that feel welcoming, clear, and meaningful.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design from research to launch (flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI)
• Design elder-friendly, low-friction user experiences
• Conduct user interviews and usability testing
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship consumer-first features
• Build and maintain a warm, consistent design system
• Mentor junior designers

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in B2C product design
• Strong UX skills with a focus on simplicity and clarity
• Portfolio showing consumer or non-tech-savvy user experiences
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
• Visual style that feels approachable and trustworthy
