About the Role:
The role involves working on software that protects applications globally, with a focus on Windows environments, cross-platform functionality, performance, and stability. The position requires developing and maintaining robust solutions, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring high software quality across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance software features following Clean Code principles and Test-Driven Development.
- Work with modern C++, Go, .NET, JavaScript, and Python.
- Maintain and optimize performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure application reliability.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and share expertise.
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
- Participate actively in agile processes, including bi-weekly review meetings and team collaboration.
Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical/scientific background.
- Professional experience or equivalent expertise through private projects or open-source contributions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows systems, APIs, and directory management.
- Experience with Linux and macOS environments is a plus.
- Interest in cryptography, client-server architectures, and software licensing is a plus.
- Structured, reliable, and collaborative team player.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git / GitLab.
- Very good German (C1) and English (B2) language skills.
