We are looking for a CI Project Manager to join our Project and Service Delivery Team

CUSTOMER INTEGRATION PROJECT MANAGER

What you’ll do:

• Maintain regular communication on project activities directly with the customer
• Ensure project delivery from A to Z within scope, time, budget, and other objectives
• Plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities
• Measure and report project performance to stakeholders
• Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes
• Assist Sales department in customer negotiations with professional expertise
• Encourage the use of Project Management best practices within the organization

You have the following skills:

• Proven work experience in payments/financial sector is a must
• At least 2+ years of experience in Project Management and/or Senior Key Account
• Management working with external customer
• Entry to mid-level tech savviness is required
• Good understanding of project management processes and methodology
• Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian, Russian, and English languages
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, ability to take responsibility

As an advantage we will consider:

• Official project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or other)
• Knowledge of payment card business area
