We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project and Service Delivery Team

PROJECT MANAGER - PAYMENTS/CARD SCHEMES

What you’ll do:

• Lead and coordinate projects where acquirers and issuers are onboarded and integrated into our third-party payment processing platform
• Manage customer end-to-end delivery and technical integration to our white-label payment gateway, including configuration, certification, and go-live activities
• Coordinate activities related to Visa and Mastercard integrations, including scheme requirements and customer certifications
• Ensure customer project is aligned with payment network membership processes, so that technical integration and scheme readiness progress in parallel
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery, maintaining clear and structured communication
• Coordinate work between customers, internal technical teams, product management, compliance, and external stakeholders, including payment networks
• Apply and promote project management best practices within the organization

You have the following skills:

• Proven experience working with Visa and Mastercard, for example as an integration specialist, project manager, or key account manager
• Solid understanding of payment card scheme membership models and the process of obtaining issuer and/or acquirer membership
• Proven experience in the payments or financial services sector is mandatory
• Practical understanding of how payment processing platforms and gateway solutions work, including transaction flows and integrations
• Entry to mid-level tech savviness is required
• Strong team collaboration skills and emotional intelligence when working with customers and internal stakeholders
• Professional working proficiency in Latvian, Russian, and English
