Our founders, former executives at Amazon and Rocket Internet, recognized that D2C brands only reach a small portion of the fragmented e-commerce market due to the complexity and inefficiencies of marketplaces. These challenges prevent D2C sellers from focusing on their core business, such as product development. To address this, we built a fully integrated software solution that empowers D2C brands to seamlessly scale across multiple marketplaces worldwide.

We're well-funded and backed by top investors, and are now looking for smart and ambitious engineers to grow a tech team based in Luxembourg.

What You’ll Own

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you will lead the transformation of our infrastructure from early-stage to global scale. Your priority will be to make our platform robust, secure and observable, with ML capabilities coming next.

You will:

• Define and improve standards for deployments, CI/CD, secrets, autoscaling, monitoring, and security.
• Evolve our AWS setup to a scalable, resilient architecture, leveraging serverless and managed services.
• Build tooling that enables high developer productivity: testing, environments, automation, and self-service platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to support secure data infrastructure and pipelines.
• Once a reliable foundation is in place, extend our infrastructure to support ML deployment needs (model serving, versioning, monitoring, etc.).
• Foster a culture of observability, automation, and continuous improvement, not just maintenance.

Skills You Need to Be Great at This Job

• 5+ years experience in cloud engineering (AWS), ideally with serverless and distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code (ideally CDK) and cloud security best practices.
• Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and secrets management.
• Expertise in observability: metrics, tracing, logging, alerting, and performance tuning.
• Product-driven mindset: you care about enabling features and teams, not just keeping infra alive.

• You establish deployment, monitoring, and security standards across the platform.
• You upgrade our AWS foundation into a scalable, secure, cost-efficient architecture.
• Developers ship reliably and faster thanks to robust CI/CD and automation.
• Our Data Hub and warehouse run on a monitored, secure, resilient infra layer.
• You prepare the infrastructure for future ML deployment, without premature complexity.
