About the Role: You will play a strategic role in shaping the global manufacturing strategy and optimizing processes across three international production sites.

Responsibilities:

• Global manufacturing strategy: You share responsibility for the manufacturing strategy at three international production sites.
• Optimization: You initiate cross-site measures to optimize manufacturing and supply chain processes worldwide.
• Corporate management: You will actively shape the global strategy of Sensirion Automotive Solutions.
• Portfolio management: You ensure the expansion of the product portfolio, paying strict attention to profitability, quality, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Education: Completed engineering studies.

Required Skills:

• Experience: Several years of solid practical experience in manufacturing, supply chain or program management.
• Leadership: Proven intercultural leadership skills and experience in managing international teams.
• Project management: You are experienced in successfully managing interdisciplinary, complex and global projects.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking paired with excellent communication skills.
