Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (8+ years) as a Scrum master’s in data engineering or analytics projects.
- Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL, Azure Synapse, data modelling
- Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage client-facing communication with executive stakeholders.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent agile certification.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in large-scale enterprise projects with distributed teams.
- Knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with focus on process excellence and operational efficiency.
