What’s the role?

Lead the delivery of a high-impact security remediation project focused on strengthening Active Directory (AD) and Entra Identity environments. As Senior Project Manager, you will drive initiatives to identify and remediate non-compliant, dormant, or high-risk accounts, enforce modern password and authentication policies, and enhance privileged access controls across the enterprise.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in elevating the organisation’s security posture to meet global standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with specialists in identity protection, cloud security, privileged access management, and Active Directory, and deliver measurable outcomes that safeguard critical systems and data while enabling audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

What do I need?

Essential:

  • Tertiary IT qualification or equivalent experience.
  • 5 + years experience within projects and/or delivery of technology solutions.
  • 3+ years experience in the financial services industry.
  • 3+ years agile delivery experience.
  • JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint experience.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and managing medium/large projects with many of the following characteristics:
    • Indicative cost up to $3M.
    • Project duration up to 24 months.
    • Teams typically ranging up to 10 resources (direct & indirect).
    • Project Impact: Medium.
    • Project Risk: Medium.
    • Up to 5 business areas affected.
    • Medium reliance on external partners.
    • Limited inter-dependency (up to 5 projects).
The nice to have ingredients …

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Agile Certification (SAFe, Scrum).
  • Experience with infrastructure, Active Directory, and workplace services is highly desirable.
  • Cybersecurity delivery experience.
