As our Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for finding and attracting top talent from around the globe and connecting them with our mission, culture, and vision - with the guidance and support of our Recruitment Director.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
- Strong research and sourcing skills, particularly across social media platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive, mature mindset
- High attention to detail, adaptability to changing priorities, and strong multitasking abilities
- A track record of successfully closing roles across multiple departments
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for each vacancy, including in-depth research, proactive headhunting, initial candidate assessments, first-stage interviews, and end-to-end process ownership
- Actively source candidates through multiple channels, build diverse talent pools, and maintain strong pipelines for each role
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication of feedback between hiring managers and candidates
- Contribute to recruitment planning and support the company’s growth and scaling initiatives
