Director – Enterprise AI Products, Copilot & Multi‑Cloud AI Platforms

Role Summary

We are seeking a Experienced Director with strong hands-on experience leading enterprise AI products and large-scale AI solution programs across Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI stack, and Google Cloud AI platforms. This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of AI programs for strategic customers, while managing and mentoring senior AI program leaders and delivery heads embedded within customer environments.

The role combines deep program leadership, technical credibility in AI platforms, customer-facing executive engagement, and people leadership, operating across multiple concurrent, high-impact AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise AI Program Leadership

• Own end-to-end program delivery for complex, multi-year AI transformation programs across multiple customers.
• Lead portfolios of AI products, GenAI platforms, and AI solution rollouts.
• Establish and govern program structures, delivery cadence, milestones, and success metrics.
• Ensure alignment between business outcomes, technical architecture, and delivery execution.

2. AI Products & Platform Delivery

• Lead delivery of AI solutions leveraging:
• Microsoft Copilot (M365, Security, Dynamics, Power Platform)
• Azure OpenAI Service
• AWS AI stack (Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q)
• Google Cloud AI (Vertex AI, Gemini, Agentspace)
• Oversee implementation of:
• GenAI copilots and enterprise AI assistants
• AI-enabled automation and decision systems
• AI platforms, data pipelines, and MLOps foundations

3. Multi‑Cloud AI Program Governance

• Define program governance models for AI initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Manage dependencies across:
• Data engineering
• AI/ML engineering
• Cloud infrastructure
• Security and compliance teams
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI, security, and regulatory requirements.

4. Hands-on Technical Program Oversight

• Provide hands-on leadership and technical direction to architecture and engineering teams.
• Review and challenge:
• Solution architectures
• AI platform designs
• GenAI use-case implementations
• Partner closely with Principal Architects to ensure delivery feasibility and scalability.

5. Customer & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary program sponsor interface for customer executives (CIO, CTO, CDO, Business Heads).
• Drive executive steering committees, QBRs, and outcome reviews.
• Manage escalations related to delivery, scope, risk, cost, and quality.
• Translate customer business priorities into clear delivery roadmaps and execution plans.

6. People & Leadership Management

• Lead and mentor senior AI program managers, delivery directors, and transformation leads deployed at customer sites.
• Build high-performing, outcome-driven delivery leadership teams.
• Establish best practices for AI program management, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Coach leaders on executive communication, program governance, and AI delivery maturity.

7. Growth, Pre‑Sales & Innovation Support

• Partner with sales and solutioning teams on:
• Large AI program pursuits
• Delivery strategy and commercials
• Risk and feasibility assessments
• Contribute to creation of repeatable AI accelerators, delivery playbooks, and best practices.
• Support scaling of AI products and solutions across customers.

Experience & Qualifications

• 18+ years of overall IT / digital transformation experience.
• 10+ years leading large, complex enterprise programs.
• Proven track record delivering AI / GenAI programs at scale.
• Strong background in consulting, system integration, or managed services.
• Experience managing senior delivery and program leaders.
• Prior roles as Program Director, Delivery Director, or Transformation Leader preferred.
