JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager. If you enjoy organizing, coordinating, and solving problems within a team, join us and develop your skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Product Manager in daily planning and project-related activities (planning projects that support the product roadmap).
- Coordinate tasks across all teams involved in project development.
- Monitor project deadlines and status and prepare regular reports.
- Organize meetings, document decisions, and ensure effective information flow.
- Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving.
- Promote clear and effective communication among all stakeholders.
- Higher education (preferably in engineering, project management, business administration, or a related field).
- Practical experience in project management (even limited experience is acceptable, as long as it includes real task planning and execution).
- Ability to accurately execute assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to propose solutions and mitigate risks.
- Understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) to communicate clearly with team members and international stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and a willingness to learn.
