Position Summary

We are seeking an accomplished and experienced Operations Senior Director to join the national leadership team at ISS Türkiye.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this role provides senior leadership across large-scale, multi-site service operations nationwide. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, financial performance, customer value creation, and organizational capability development across the national portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across large-scale, multi-site service operations nationwide, ensuring consistent service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Act as a key strategic business partner to the Head of Operations, contributing to national operational strategy, organizational development, and performance governance
• Lead end-to-end operational execution, resource planning, service delivery quality, and commercial performance across all service lines
• Drive operational P&L performance, ensuring disciplined budget management, revenue optimization, cost efficiency, and sustainable profitability
• Strengthen operational standards, governance, and compliance in alignment with ISS quality, HSE, environmental, and information security frameworks
• Provide executive sponsorship for major transformation initiatives, including digitalization, process optimization, operational resilience, and scalability programs.
• Build, lead, and develop senior operational leadership teams, ensuring strong succession pipelines and a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, supporting contract retention, growth, and long-term partnership value
• Ensure effective collaboration with HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, Business Development, and other corporate functions to enable operational success
• Monitor operational KPIs at a national level, providing insight-driven reporting and executive recommendations to senior leadership
• Lead operational risk management and business continuity planning to safeguard service delivery and organizational stability
• Represent Operations in internal and external executive forums when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including 7+ years in senior executive operational leadership roles within large-scale, multi-site service organizations
• Proven track record in leading complex operations with significant workforce scale and P&L accountability
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in budget governance, cost optimization, margin improvement, and financial performance management
• Experience in transformation, restructuring, or scaling of service delivery models within multinational or matrix environments
• Exceptional leadership capability with the ability to inspire, influence, and develop senior management teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-level client engagement and executive-level communication
• Deep understanding of operational governance, risk management, compliance, and quality systems (HSE, Environmental, and Information Security frameworks preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Advanced proficiency in English and MS Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
