About the Role:

Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, inclusive, and scalable user experiences for enterprise access management platforms. The ideal candidate will blend strong UI design capabilities with UX research expertise to translate complex requirements into simple, effective design solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and modern UI experiences for access management platforms
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity UI mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation activities
• Analyze research insights and translate user and product requirements into UI solutions
• Iterate designs quickly based on user, stakeholder, and engineering feedback
• Apply inclusive design principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong experience in UI design and UX research for enterprise or complex applications
• Proficiency in Figma (preferred); Sketch or Adobe XD acceptable
• Experience building and maintaining UI components and design systems
• Solid understanding of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on identity, security, or access management solutions
• Familiarity with large-scale enterprise platforms
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints

Location: McLean, VA

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $109,480 – $128,520 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
