About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in production machine learning environments, demonstrating success across multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Python programming language
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong understanding of systems observability, testing, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of building scalable solutions and architectures
  • Experience in developing projects from inception through to deployment and iteration

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end outcomes involving multiple models, data sources, and dynamic systems to enhance inventory prediction accuracy
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for modeling inventory dynamics across varying observation densities
  • Make informed technology choices based on problem maturity and complexity to optimize performance and scalability
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists to align on development goals
  • Lead and contribute to projects from initial conception through deployment, ensuring robustness and reliability
  • Mentor team members, introduce advanced machine learning technologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices
