Key Responsibilities 

Interface Design 

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications 
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs 
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides 
• Ensure visual consistency across products and platforms 

Collaboration & Product Development 

• Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers 
• Translate UX concepts and user requirements into polished UI designs 
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback 
• Support developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy 

User-Centered & Visual Design 

• Apply user-centered design principles and accessibility standards 
• Ensure usability, readability, and responsive design 
• Conduct UI testing and iterate designs based on feedback 
• Stay up to date with UI trends, tools, and best practices 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Design Skills 

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD 
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy 
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles 
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus 

Soft Skills 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills 
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines 
• Openness to feedback and iterative design processes 

Education & Experience 

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field 
• Proven experience as a UI Designer or in a similar role 
• Portfolio showcasing UI design projects is required
