Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and functional retail spaces that align with our brand identity and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for the unique formats of Xiaomi POS, including pop-up shops, shop in shops and display zones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure branding coherence across all external and internal outputs.
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple and simultaneous projects.
- Provide support for the communication of events and campaigns by creating compelling visual assets and designs that effectively communicate key messages.
- Utilize your expertise in visual critical thinking and technical knowledge of design tools, such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), to create engaging and innovative retail designs.
- Maintain awareness of Xiaomi standard guideline、industry trends and competitors' retail strategies to continuously improve our own designs and stay ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, communication, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design tools.
- Strong command of both German and English, enabling effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand identity into compelling retail designs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to overcome challenges in the fast-paced retail environment.
