We are looking for a motivated person to join our team as a Junior / Mid Data Analyst. In this role, you will work with ETL/ELT processes, OLAP concepts, data modeling, and data visualization across a wide range of business topics. You will be responsible for building Business Intelligence solutions, primarily using Power BI, and turning data into meaningful insights that support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze day-to-day business challenges and identify data-driven solutions
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Design analytical data models to support quick and reliable analysis
• Design reports to convey complex data in a straightforward fashion

Qualifications

• Studying or have bachelor degree in Informatics, Statistics or Applied Mathematics or a related field
• Experience or strong interest in Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools such as Qlik or Tableau
• Basic to intermediate skills in SQL and/or Python for data manipulation and analysis
• Familiar with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

We offer a gross salary of 2000 - 3000 EUR, with the possibility to negotiate based on experience.

This role is suitable for both Junior analysts who want to grow fast and Mid-level analysts ready to take ownership of BI solutions.
