Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst – AI‑Enhanced Analytics to join our global HR Analytics team within the global HR function.
This role goes beyond classic analysis: it focuses on owning and driving end-to-end analytics projects, from problem framing and concept development to delivery, stakeholder activation, and impact realization. You will play a key role in shaping how data and AI are used to support strategic HR decisions.
You will work with complex HR datasets across more than 20 countries, combining strong analytical thinking, Python-based analysis, and AI-enabled approaches to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities. A key part of the role is the ability to translate ambiguity into clear analytical concepts and guide stakeholders through the journey from question to actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Analytics Project Ownership (Core Focus)

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Analytics Project Ownership (Core Focus)
- Own and drive analytics initiatives end-to-end, from initial idea and concept creation through execution to delivery of insights
- Translate vague or emerging business questions into structured analytical approaches and project frameworks
- Design and develop analytical concepts, KPIs, and methodologies aligned with business needs
- Take responsibility for delivery, quality, and impact of analytics projects
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, drivers, and anomalies
- Apply AI-enabled analytics tools and Python-based methods to accelerate insight generation
- Interpret analytical and model outputs, including assumptions, limitations, and uncertainty
- Ensure transparency, reproducibility, and documentation of analytical work
- Actively engage, challenge, and guide stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain high stakeholder involvement and ownership, even in less structured or evolving topics
- Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
- Facilitate decision-making by connecting analytical insights to business implications
- Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, bringing clarity and direction
- Build structured approaches and roadmaps where none exist yet
- Balance analytical depth with pragmatic delivery under uncertainty
- Clean, structure, and validate data from multiple HR systems
- Contribute to dashboard and reporting solutions (Power BI, SAC) as communication tools for insights
- Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDPR, Works Council)
- Identify data-driven improvement opportunities across HR processes
- Contribute to analytics standards, frameworks, and best practices within the team
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience in Data Analytics
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-structuring skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into actionable approaches
- Proven experience in owning and delivering end-to-end analytics or data projects
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for analysis, exploration, and automation
- Experience with AI-enabled analytics or advanced analytical methods
- Solid understanding of statistics fundamentals (bias, correlation vs. causation, experimentation basics)
- Ability to interpret and communicate analytical outputs, including uncertainty and limitations
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to keep stakeholders engaged and accountable
- Experience working in uncertain, less structured, or evolving environments
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate analytics into business impact
- High attention to data quality, validation, and documentation
- Experience handling sensitive data with high confidentiality standards
- Very good English (C1); German is an advantage
- Experience building or applying ML/AI techniques (forecasting, clustering, classification, NLP)
- HR domain knowledge (e.g. workforce planning, talent, learning, engagement)
- Experience with HR systems and data models (SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, etc.)
- Experience with skills/taxonomy data and skill-based approaches
- Experience driving analytics concepts from idea to implementation in complex organizations
- Knowledge of HR compliance topics (GDPR, Works Council processes)
- Exposure to CSRD and HR data implications
- Experience contributing to responsible AI practices
