We are looking for a Product Manager who can translate user feedback and business needs into clear, impactful product decisions. You will own our core products: the mobile app, the patient website (onedoc.ch), and the professional platform (pro.onedoc.ch).

Position overview:

  • Employment type: Full-time (100%)
  • Location: Geneva / Lausanne
  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days on-site / 2 days remote)

Key missions

  • ๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Collect and structure user feedback: You will gather and synthesize insights from customers and internal teams, turning them into actionable inputs for product decisions.

  • ๐Ÿ” Identify problems and define initiatives: You will spot meaningful opportunities and translate them into clear product initiatives that drive impact.

  • ๐Ÿค Align with top management: You will regularly coordinate with leadership to ensure product priorities reflect company goals.

  • ๐Ÿ“ Define functional specifications: You will create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, functional flows, and edge cases to guide development.

  • ๐ŸŽจ Design low-fidelity wireframes: You will sketch concepts to illustrate functional intent and work with the UI/UX designer to transform them into polished mockups.

  • โš–๏ธ Prioritize work effectively: You will rank tickets based on business impact and user value, ensuring the team focuses on what matters most.

  • ๐Ÿ›ฃ๏ธ Shape the product roadmap: You will collaborate with the Technical Product Manager to define and evolve the roadmap, aligning features with strategic goals.

  • ๐Ÿ’ก Support development: You will answer functional questions from developers during implementation to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • ๐Ÿ”„ Review and iterate on features: You will evaluate shipped features, gather feedback, and refine them to maximize user value and business impact.

Your profile

You can be our next Product Manager if:

  • You have Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as Business Analyst, or in a Product Manager / Product Owner role
  • You have experience in working on SaaS or web-based products, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment
  • You are comfortable working with wireframes and user flows to express product ideas (low-fidelity - although it is not a design role, you are expected to be design-aware and UX-literate)
  • You have working proficiency in English

It would be amazing that:

  • You speak French and/or German

What will make a difference:

  • You bring excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, quickly identifying issues and proposing effective solutions
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • You are structured and pragmatic in your approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • You are comfortable making trade-offs, and saying โ€œnoโ€ does not intimidate you
  • You thrive in environments with limited information and are able to iterate quickly and learn fast

Note: this position is based out of Geneva or Lausanne Switzerland, and only applicants with a valid work permit will be considered.
