Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Designer with strong expertise in both 2D and 3D design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across our digital platforms, website, product lines, and promotional materials. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical proficiency, and brand awareness to deliver designs that are engaging, visually consistent, and aligned with the Company’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Asset Creation:

Develop engaging visual assets including social graphics, website banners, 3D illustrations, animated sequences, infographics, marketing videos, and product packaging.

Motion Design & Animation:

Conceive, design, and animate motion graphics for web, advertising, and education. Apply advanced animation principles - timing, easing, anticipation, and storytelling - for seamless user experiences.

3D Design & Rendering:

Model and render photorealistic 3D elements and environments using the relevant tools for commercial and brand projects.

Video Editing & Compositing:

Edit and compile video content using relevant tools for integrating graphics, transitions, sound, and effects.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain and evolve visual branding guidelines across all assets, ensuring a distinctive and professional voice for Bitcoinsensus.

Collaboration & Feedback:

Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate briefs into visual stories. Iterate rapidly based on constructive feedback, delivering polished results on time.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing 2D, 3D, and animated work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Figma, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Experience creating assets for social media, websites, and product packaging.
• Experience in video editing and production.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Solid grasp of animation principles, narrative timing, and visual storytelling for both static and dynamic assets
• Experience leveraging generative AI, automation, and smart design systems for creative and production tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach to feedback and revisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Motion graphics and animation expertise.
• Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and animation software.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with emerging trends in digital and 3D design.
• Experience in crypto / blockchain industry.
