Betterhomes is one of the UAE’s leading real estate brokerages, delivering exceptional service across residential sales, leasing, and property management. We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our Dubai operations team and support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all administrative operations across Betterhomes offices in Dubai
- Lead, train, and supervise administrative and reception teams, ensuring high service standards
- Support sales, leasing, and property management teams with administrative coordination
- Oversee real estate listings administration across CRM systems and property portals
- Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and up to date in line with RERA and DLD regulations
- Manage and monitor real estate documentation including Forms A, B, F, EJARI, and Title Deeds
- Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate regulations and internal company policies
- Oversee office budgets, vendor management, procurement, and facilities
- Identify process improvements and implement efficient administrative workflows
- Prepare reports and provide operational support to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in administration
- Proven experience in Dubai real estate administration is essential
- Strong knowledge of real estate listings, portals, and CRM systems
- Solid understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai Land Department processes
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume real estate environment
- Fluency in English
