Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle PaaS technologies (OIC, VBCS, PCS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deliver Oracle Fusion extensions and integrations
• Develop solutions using OIC, VBCS, PCS, REST/SOAP APIs, BI Publisher, OTBI, PL/SQL
• Act as the technical owner for Fusion and PaaS workstreams
• Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and partners
• Support upgrades, patches, performance tuning, and production issues

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion technical experience
• Strong expertise in OIC, VBCS, PCS, SOA, integrations, and cloud middleware
• Solid SQL and cloud integration skills
• Experience working in agile environments
