We are looking to hire a Brand Designer who will be responsible for maintaining and evolving the visual brand identity across multiple properties for our client based in Dubai, UAE, one of the largest and most prestigious hospitality groups in the region.


This is a 6 months contract position and is renewable based on performance and business needs.


The role sits within the Brand Department and reports directly to the Manager in OS&E Projects.


We are looking for a passionate Brand Designer with a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, brand governance, and design excellence. You should have proven experience in luxury branding environments and the ability to manage multiple high-volume projects while maintaining consistency, speed, and precision.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the global brand identity across different properties, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Develop premium design assets for print, digital, packaging, and in-property materials.
  • Design guest experience assets such as menus, VIP amenities, event branding, signage, and wayfinding.
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and contribute to updating and refining corporate brand playbooks.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects with fast turnaround times without compromising quality or brand integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Digital, Guest Experience, and F&B to deliver cohesive branding solutions.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, production partners, and regional stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Stay up to date with luxury branding trends, emerging design technologies, and digital-first design practices.
  • Explore and integrate new tools, including AI-driven design solutions and interactive branding elements, where relevant.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong focus on luxury branding.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume design requests in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or similar digital design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and composition tailored to luxury audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver at speed.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately.
