Project Manager, Health Technologies

We are Spinverse now have a position for a Project Manager to join our Health Technologies team in Finland (Espoo) or Sweden (Gothenburg).

In this role, you will bring your expertise in health microelectronics and medical technologies to manage cutting-edge projects that drive innovation in healthcare and beyond. You will play a key role in supporting customers and building consortia to deliver groundbreaking solutions, working in fast-paced environments and applying your project management skills to achieve short-cycle deliveries.

What you will do

• Design, build and mobilize innovative projects.
• Lead the project teams making sure everyone knows their role and responsibilities as well as monitor the project progress.
• Work with international companies and research organizations of varying sizes and support them to secure public funding.
• Assess technological, financial and business aspects of innovation projects, along with technical concepts.
• Build large project entities and write project plans including project background, technology development and impacts.
• Communicate and build trust between project parties to secure smooth project progress and delivery.
• Identify and open up new sales opportunities.

Which skills are we looking for

• A strong background in microelectronics with experience in MedTech, medical devices, MEMS or related fields, within a clinical setting.
• Relevant academic background (MSc. or Ph.D.) preferably in the health technology domain with a minimum of 5+ years of work experience.
• Ability to drive the development of technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on results-driven execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work with diverse teams, stakeholders and clients.
• Business acumen with insight into how businesses operate within the healthcare sector, and ability to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
• Experience in public funding and EU projects is considered an asset.
