🚀 Senior / Mid-Level DevOps Engineer: Scale Infrastructure Across Onoff Products

Onoff is on a strong growth path, and we’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer (Senior or strong Mid-level) to help scale and evolve the infrastructure behind all our products. In this role, you’ll work closely with our DevOps team and developers, contributing directly to building reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support our global expansion.

As a DevOps Engineer at Onoff, you’ll help design and maintain systems that handle high loads, stay resilient, and perform reliably — while continuously improving how we deploy, monitor, and scale.

You won’t just keep things running, you’ll help shape how our infrastructure grows with the business.

🧑‍💻 What You’ll Do

• Work hands-on with our DevOps team to build and maintain cloud infrastructure.
• Design, deploy & operate scalable AWS and Kubernetes environments.
• Implement and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation workflows.
• Set up and maintain monitoring, metrics, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Support infrastructure cost optimisation, backups, and disaster recovery practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers to improve CI/CD, scalability, and system performance.
• (For senior level) Mentor teammates and contribute to technical decision-making.
  
  

🧠 What You Bring

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer in SaaS, telecom, or large-scale environments.
• Solid hands-on knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and MySQL.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNs).
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with GitHub, GitHub Actions, and modern monitoring tools.
• A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and eagerness to learn and improve.
• (For senior level) Experience guiding others or taking ownership of infrastructure initiatives.
