Python Developer (for Operations)

We are looking for a Mid-Level Python Developer, where you'll play a key role in building and maintaining our backend infrastructure, with a particular focus on data management and integration with third-party applications like Zendesk.

What You Will Do

Build and optimize backend data pipelines, storage solutions, and integration processes to ensure efficient data flow and management
Develop and maintain automation and integration solutions with Zendesk, ensuring seamless connectivity between internal systems and third-party applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust system architectures that meet the needs of the business
Conduct continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics
Play an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible

What We Expect

3+ years of experience building backend systems with Python
Understanding of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code
Previous experience building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up
Knowledge of SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and monitoring solutions
Experience with automation and integration with third-party apps
