This role is perfect for a passionate AI practitioner who wants to see their work directly impacts the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Fine-tune AI models
  • Fine-tune and maintain models (LLM, VLM, forecasting)
  • Monitor models performance
  • Work with and guide internal teams on building custom datasets
  • Build new AI-based features
  • Build new AI-based features related to Finance
  • Research & Development
  • Rapidly build and test AI-driven concepts — moving from proof of concept → MVP → production
  • Evaluate existing solutions (both internal & external) and conduct experiments on potential improvements


What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Skills
  • Strong full stack software engineering background: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience in parameter efficient fine-tuning (e.g. LoRA adapters)
  • Knowledge and familiarity with the tools in AI ecosystem (ML frameworks, HuggingFace, MLOps, Guardrails, AI Agents)
  • Understanding the theory behind neural networks and Transformer architecture
  • Experience
  • 2–5 years in AI/ML space, at least 2 years with processing financial documents
  • Track record of going from idea → prototype → production in fast-paced environments
  • Traits
  • Ability to take ownership, but also cooperate in small teams
  • Ambition to reach new levels of quality
  • Being detail-oriented
