Job Description

This is for Ecommerce program called OnRepProgram Manager with Ecommerce experience is must, should be well versed with MS Office tools, Develop and maintain the overall program roadmap, timelines, and governance structure Coordinate across multiple teams, including IT, digital, marketing, product management, operations, and customer service, Ensure clear and transparent communication with business stakeholders and facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and buy-inProvide regular updates on program status, risks, and issues to executive sponsors and stakeholders and prepare materials such as slide decks for steering committee meetings and governance board meetings, Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, external vendors and partners. Work closely with change management teams to develop training, communication, and rollout plansEnsure the solution meets business requirements, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks
