IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, vendors, and business units.
• Ability to work across teams, locations and countries.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal governance and quality standards.
• Communicate project status through reports and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with service management practices, software development, and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Degree in IT or related field.
