HR Coordinator

This is a full-time, on-site HR Coordinator role based in the United Arab Emirates. The HR Coordinator will oversee daily HR operations, including managing employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating onboarding, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Additional responsibilities include supporting employee engagement initiatives, maintaining company compliance with labor laws, and facilitating communication across departments.

• Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage employee records, maintain compliance, and support HR operations.
• Proven abilities in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, ensuring a smooth hiring and orientation process.
• Knowledge of labor laws, workplace policies, and HR compliance requirements in the United Arab Emirates.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to support employee engagement and address HR-related concerns.
• Experience in working with HR software and tools for efficient data management and reporting is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the retail or home furnishing industry is an advantage.
