Senior Android & iOS Developer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Possible Extension)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Android & iOS Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in both Android and iOS mobile development, along with working knowledge of full-stack technologies such as the MEAN stack and Java backend systems.
This role requires experience with Mass360 or similar mobile security frameworks, as the developer will be responsible for implementing and resolving security-related requirements. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build, enhance, and maintain high-quality mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin/Java
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced iOS applications using Swift/Objective-C
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features
- Contribute to iOS projects as required and support cross-platform initiatives
- Integrate mobile applications with backend services using MEAN stack and Java
- Implement and resolve mobile security requirements using Mass360 or similar frameworks
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Stay up to date with mobile development, security, and backend technology trends
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Android development experience (Kotlin/Java)
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, UI design principles, and best practices
- 4+ years of iOS development experience (Swift/Objective-C) with at least one published app
- Familiarity with MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
- Some experience with Java backend development
- Hands-on experience with Mass360 or other mobile device/security management frameworks
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as Flutter or React Native
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
