One of our key clients, a major foreign-based manufacturing firm is seeking an individual with good attitude and enthusiasm to join them as Office Administrator in their Singapore office. You will be part of the HR and Administration team.
In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks including support both daily office operations and occasional facility need.
Key Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of good work experience in either one of these roles: General Office Administrator, Personal Assistant, Receptionist. Customer Service or Concierge
- Some work experience with multi-nationals work environment will be beneficial
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and communication skills
