We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our client, a biotech company specializing in bioinformatics solutions for rare diseases and cancer, leveraging Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus).
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous) with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset in a dynamic work environment.
• Creative thinking and an aptitude for generating innovative ideas.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on biotechnology and bioinformatics trends.
• Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.

What will you do?

This role offers an entry into the field of genetic data analysis with opportunities to contribute across sales, customer success, and operational support.

• Assist the sales team by responding to customer queries, offering initial guidance on account setup, sample management, and other routine inquiries.
• Manage customer communications via email, ensuring timely follow-up on client requests.
• Work closely with the sales team to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer requests, and assist in providing seamless service.
• Collaborate in organizing and attending international and local events.
• Support the creation of sales materials (brochures, presentations) and contribute to social media initiatives to boost outreach.
