Right now, we are looking for a Networks Engineer to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon or Porto.

Your responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and manage complex, resilient, secure, and high-performance digital networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN);
• Install and configure software, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, devices, and other network equipment;
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date technical documentation, including comprehensive mapping of the network topology;
• Interpret ITED projects and ensure accurate implementation in the field;
• Monitor the network (availability, integrity, and performance);
• Resolve network issues across on-premises and public cloud infrastructures, following escalation from L1 and/or L2 support teams;
• Automate tasks and monitor operational efficiency;
• Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys and optimize wireless network performance;
• Implement network access control (NAC) (valued).

You must have:

• Advanced knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., OSPF);
• Extensive expertise in network operating systems, with a focus on Cisco IOS;
• Familiarity with Cisco collaboration solutions, including Cisco Call Manager;
• Strong theoretical understanding of SD-WAN and SASE architectures and technical solutions;
• Cisco certifications (valued);
• Knowledge of ITSM tools;
• Fluent in English.
