As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will join the founding team and play a central role in building a new category at the intersection of health, science, and the future of work.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading and developing key strategic partnerships (R&D, manufacturing, and distribution partners)
• Collaborating with suppliers and setting quality standards for our products
• Monitoring and analyzing trends in longevity, performance, nutraceuticals, and corporate well-being
• Actively co-creating the company’s strategic and development direction
• Supporting the development of business models, go-to-market strategies, and scalable growth

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or growth roles (ideally within health, pharma, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or high-end B2B environments)
