Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure application system stability and support deployment and launch in new regions.
2. Maintain daily system stability across multiple cloud providers.
3. Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps initiatives.
4. Assist in the deployment and upgrades of application systems to ensure smooth transitions.
5. Maintain operational documentation, including system changes and operation manuals.
6. Provide technical support to resolve technical issues raised by customers and internal teams.
7. Collaborate with development teams to support the development and testing environments of application systems.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

1. Associate degree (or overseas equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience:

1. At least 3 years of experience in SRE operations.
2. Experience in large enterprises or multinational corporations is preferred.

Certifications:

1. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and best practices in application operations.
2. Relevant technical certifications (e.g., RHCE, MCSE, AWS, Azure, CKA, SRE Foundation/Professional, etc.) are preferred.

Skills:

1. Proficiency in Kubernetes container orchestration, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker), and the deployment, operation, monitoring, and troubleshooting of microservices architectures.
2. Proficiency in CI/CD toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD, etc.) and DevOps practices.
3. Strong Linux/Unix system administration skills, familiarity with common application monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki, etc.), and automation configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, etc.) is preferred.
4. Basic programming skills in at least one general-purpose or scripting language (e.g., Python, Go, Shell, etc.).
5. Familiarity with core services of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) and experience in cloud environment operations.
6. Experience in database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.) is preferred.
7. Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with development, testing, and other technical teams to ensure system stability and drive continuous improvement.

Language Requirements:

1. Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in Chinese or other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, Malay, German, Arabic, etc.) is preferred.
