About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Full Stack Software Engineer specializing in JVM and React technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the technical direction and architecture of our software platform. Your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of complex, high-performance systems, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technological innovation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver user-centric features that meet our high standards for quality and performance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence the future of industrial data analytics software and work in a fully remote environment that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record of building complex systems.
- Expertise in at least one JVM language such as Java or Kotlin.
- Proficiency in developing large-scale applications using React and Typescript.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Knowledge of distributed computing, cloud platforms, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
- Lead the architecture and design of large-scale, high-performance software systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end applications utilizing React, Typescript, and JVM languages like Kotlin.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver features aligned with user needs.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practices and high-quality code standards.
- Advocate for testing, continuous integration, and clean coding practices to ensure robust software delivery.
- Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster team growth.
- Evaluate new technologies and frameworks, integrating them into the existing development stack to enhance product capabilities.
